Are your chauffeurs professional and licensed?

Absolutely. All our chauffeurs are highly trained, licensed, and committed to providing you a safe and courteous ride.

What safety measures do you have in place?

We prioritize your safety with a multi-layered approach, including comprehensive background checks and ongoing training for all chauffeurs. Our vehicles undergo stringent regular maintenance and are equipped with modern safety technology for your peace of mind.

What if my flight is delayed/canceled?

All arrival flights are tracked by our top tier dispatch team, if a flight is delayed, we will adjust the arrival time of your chauffeur to match the new flight time. If your arrival flight is cancelled, there is no charge to you for the cancelled ride, and we will happily rebook your ride to match your new flight.

Do you provide child safety seats? Is there a charge?

We do! There is a charge of $25 per child safety seat.

How will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

If you select a curbside pickup, your chauffeur will call you and connect to pick you up at the curb. If you choose the meet and greet service, the chauffeur will meet you at the baggage carousel for your flight (even if you do not have checked luggage
